Public Accountancy

Independent Accountants providing attest services operate under a plethora of rules and regulations, including professional ethics, which have the effect of law in most every state.  Those ethical standards are somewhat unique in that independent accountants have a dual obligation, both to clients and to the public.

We provide a review of services performed by independent accountants and assess the conformity of such services both to generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted audit services and compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct and other ethical standards applicable to the engagement performed, to the audited entity in consideration of its regulators, and to geographic location where the work was performed.
